freeze to desktop

    When playing Dawn of Discovery, occasionally the screen will "minimize" to the desktop, but the sound, software pointer, and keybinds (like quicksave) will still work. Clicking on the tab in the start bar to restore the application results in a black screen or flashing back and forth between the black screen and the desktop. Here is my rig:
    ATI Radeon 5780
    i7 quad core
    Windows 7
    12Gb RAM
    HD Plasma Tv as my monitor
    Anyone experienced something like this?

    What resolution/refresh rate are you running the game at? If possible, run at the native resolution for your TV. If not, check your TV's documentation for what resolutions and refresh rates that it will support, and aim for one of those! :)

    I am running in the native resolution, I think (1280xwhatever @ 60hz). Thanks.

    I did flash the latest bios last night, and it seems to be helping.
