Hey, I have an HP pavilion running 64bit win 7.

The pc boots fine (a lil slow) I can log in. Then, when I go to run any program it will freeze up and nothing can be done. A rectangular popup with a checkbox asks if I will allow cookies from various sites. There was an error that read AP Failure Your VGA Driver needs update or your graphics card doesn't have enough memory.

I booted in safe mode and everything ran fine. I disabled all startup items in msconfig and was able to run a few things with a normal startup. so I started the read and run me first steps. There were some things found and I removed them. the pc seemed to be running good. I did not save a log from hitman pro but, there were no detections.

Now, it is starting to freeze a little again and the cookie popup window appears occasionally.

Can you take a look at the logs and see if there's anything malware related.
    Thanks!

I am not finding any malware in your logs. I suggest you pursue this in the software forum.

Since you are not having any malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:

    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. You can uninstall RogueKiller and HitManPro.
    2. Go back to step 6 of the READ ME and renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it.
    3. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    4. If running Vista or Win 7, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    6. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders
related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
