Frequent BSoD's with new Dell PC

My new Dell Dimension 5150 (DM051), Running XP Home SP2 frequently (Once every other week or so) gives me the BSoD. The error message is generally something like STOP: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I went through all of the Malware Diagnostics listed and have posted them on the next few posts, but it doesn't seem like there are any problems there. Any advice would be useful

You will need to provde more info, what are you doing at the time it shuts down? Any new programs installed? ed

What is the exact error message .....from the BSOD.
There are numerous things that could cause this ..ram, overheating, dirver issues ...but none of this would be expected with a new system, so as tunered said, more info.

The last time it happened the error message was as follows:

Something about DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

STOP: 0x000000D1 (0xffffffA2, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x865CE8AC)

And it happened while I was playing online poker, and had AIM open. It has also happened while I was playing Sims2. I did install some drivers for my intel integrated video, but it's still happening now that I'm using a normal ATI card.
