   I have a nearly new Dell Studio 15 with Win 7 64 bits. I often have trouble getting online at places like Starbucks where others around me don't. I can connect to internet supposedly but no sign on screen appears. Also keep getting error msg from Dell Broadband app.
   
   Any ideas?

   According to Dell, the immediate fix for that symptom is to reinstall the Dell Mobile Broadband Manager:
