friends computer seems to have vundo

hey my roomates computer seems to have th vundo virus we are trying to go thrue the steps laid out in the read me first post but when we try spy bot we get a proplem that says the server name or adress could not resolved, we are also getting a bad image error every time we try to run a progam since we ran ccleaner says its missing its missing xraxmz.dll, is there anything we can do to get thrue the process?

Just go through the process as best you can, whatever you can't get done just mention in your next reply along with the logs of what you were able to do.
