Friend's Computer Slow

A friend's computer has been running very slow. I completed the Malware removal process, and the individual that assisted me could not find anything and suggested I post here.

their program is no longer free, but you can use the demo version for this cleaning.

It auto updates, and you click scan. After it's finished, click on the icon that looks like Cell phone strength bars. High-light the report (by date log was produced) and click on the "Open Report" icon. (looks like a folder). That notepad.txt can then be copied/pasted into another .txt doc and saved. Upload that, please.

take a look in your task manager too see what is taking up your cpu and memory. you might have to disable some programs from startup

 

MGlogs is showing that there is only around 3.5 GB of memory, could you confirm how much RAM is installed? If you're unsure, open Task Manager ->Performance tab->Select Memory and post a screenshot of the entire screen.
