Can anyone in the UK tell me where I can get front panel to M/B connections/leads.
I assume they need to be wires with standard 0.1" connectors on each end - female (socket), but I can only find 'extension leads' (M-F) or M-M.
I have two 'projects' ('old' builds) which I am putting together

The front panel connections on the motherboard are standard. But on the case side, there is no industry standard. In fact, I have never seen where the case side uses detachable cables. They are always "hard wired" (soldered) in place. And I doubt the case maker sells them separately, but it is with the case maker you need to check.

    Thanks for your answer Digerati.
Leads from the front panel were not obvious, I'll have to check again, more carefully
The case is an Antec NSK (4xxx ?).

Well, there are several Antec NSK 4xxx series cases (4400, 4482, and 4482B were popular). Over the years, I have worked with dozens of Antec cases as they have always been one of my preferred brands. And the wires to the front panel power and reset switches, power and hard drive activity LEDs have always been hardwired, as have those to the USB and audio ports. So unless a previous owner cut them (and I don't see why) they should still be there - perhaps tucked away, out of sight.

    FWIW...
The wires to the front panel USB ports and audio connectors are not hardwired on my case. Then again, it's a 14 year old Sahara case. But, the wires for the power switch and & HDD LEDs are.

Yeah, after further thought, I think I have seen a couple cases from years ago where the USB and audio cables were not hardwired either. Instead, cables came with the case. But the power, reset, and LEDs wires were hard wired.

There are too many audio configurations for me to guess what you need. What you might end doing is getting something like this for your audio and USB.
