Frontpage 2003 and Picture Files.... Help!

I am having problems with Frontpage 2003, and I don't know if it is my error or a glitch in the program. In my web site, I have several picture files in which I constantly update and republish. Each time I update the .jpg file, I keep the same name, but I choose to "overwrite" the original files. The picture seems to have updated fine when I continue working with frontpage, but after publishing the site, it does not change on the web server. I even choose the "Overwrite Remote Files" option, but it still does not update to the new .jpg. I have been forced to ftp the site and manually delete the files before publishing, but it is becoming a pain. Please help!! Thanks in advance!
