Frozen Pc

    When I boot my Dell Inspiron 15rs all it boots it says Enter Current Password, cannot get into any thing else, after 3 boots it comes up with an icon that on top says System Disable with a long error message 2C96FC790A57E2C71, and on the bottom, Service Tab 6q4vw1, This occurred when I tried to upgrade from Win 7 to 10

    cracking passwords or helping is frowned upon, but if you Google that you'll find 1) You posted this on another forum? 2) The AI will tell you to enter that code at a certain website, that will in turn give you what you need.
