frozen task bar problem

    :(hi..for some reason my taskbar is frozen where i can't get through START buttom, every time i click it a weird sound occurs..nothing works, and this is the reason i can't finish following READ AND RUN ME.

    no..how is it done..?? i have no access to the start menu..whatso ever.i was thinking on restoring the system.but i cant without accessing the start menu..can you help this poor guy..:)

    Hi jonathan,

    Press the Windows key and see if the start menu appears. It's the one next to alt and Fn.

    To start in safe mode, turn the computer off or restart and tap F8 while it is booting up, everything will look bigger but that is normal.
