frst - blank screen

I am running Windows 7 64-bit. I have a white screen at startup. I have run the FRST.exe. attached is the frst.txt file. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Are the below things that you recognize as programs you installed?
Code:
C:\Program Files (x86)\24x7Help\App24x7Help.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\PCPowerSpeed\PCPowerTray.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\OnlineVault\OVTray.exe
You seem to have installed all this junk around the same time along with other adware junk.

Download this >> View attachment fixlist.txt

Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.

You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST64.exe on your flash drive.

Now reboot back into the System Recovery Options as you did previously.
Run FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).

Now see if you can boot into normal Windows
