FRST (x64)Fixlist.txt needed

I recently ran FRST (x64) and successfully scanned my rig, and now all I need is the fixlist.txt, second part to this is, I recently upgrade my rig from win 7 to win 8.1, so FRST is fairly new to me... I know scripts and such fairly decently, and I work on people computers fairly regularly, so I guess what I'm asking now is, after someone creates this for me, can they show me or is there a guide on how to create these fixlist.txt? Attached is my personal FRST.txt and my addition.txt, thanks in advance

Why are you running FRST? That is what is wrong with your PC.
