   am I SOL? I have a 128MB fujifilm usb drive that has some files I need backed up. I put it in my computer, and all of a sudden it's saying "this is not formatted would you like to format it" I got fed up and went ahead to format it and windows says "Cannot format" I tried both quick and full format, in 3 different computers no change. Is this drive just junked? Is it possible to recover the data? What do I do?

   you could try PC Inspector File Recovery to see if that can recover your data.
   
   
   then and only if your data has been recovered or is non-recoverable, try formatting if using WinXP via Disk Management ( control panel > Administrative tools > Computer Managment or Rigth click My Computer > Manage ) which may make your USB drive usable for new data.
