fujitsu siemens restarts when running certain progs

hello i put this fault on the malware section a couple of days i have a siemens scaleo p pc ,and some one gave me basic virus check to run through i got most of the way through the malware removal but it shuts down even in safe mode when i try to run ccleaner 1st it takes about 7/8 goes to start up 1st time giving me a black screen offering to start in safe mode as windows did not load properly then it runs ok but as soon as i try to play a game it restarts after a few seconds or if i try to do windows live video call it does the same also when i try to run counter spy it shuts down in the middle of that too can any1 help me pleeeeeease thanx ian

 

You could be dealing with a few different problems: bad RAM, failing hard drive, overheating, corrupt core files, and so on.... Run a RAM diagnostic. Find out the manufacturer of your hard drive (probably Fujitsu) and download and run thier hard drive diagnostic tool. Both of these diagnostic programs are bootable and run independent of Windows, so if the PC still shuts down while running a diagnostic, you'll know it's definitely hardware related. It will create either a bootable floppy disk or an image (.iso) to burn to CD to boot to. Press 'T' to run the extended tests. You may want to check out this:
