I am having problems with a trogan named FURootkit. My anti virus Mcafee detects and cleans it but when I do a scan it reappears . I delete it again and it keeps comming back.

    Any ideas?

Top pardon me for saying so but McAfee sucks, especially for a paid, commercial product.
You would get much better results with a free but killer alternative such as Avast! Home Edition.
Try that and see what happens.

Also this Trojan could install itself in the registry as a 'service' as well:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\msdirectx

so check on that entry as well.

Clear confirmation of the infection which you mentioned, go ahead and uninstall McAfee and install Avast, during installation you will be prompted to schedule the drives for boot-time scan, make sure to select that option. Once the installation is done select 'reboot later' then using the integrated automated update feature update the virus defi. files, then reboot.
Follow the onscreen prompts as it should prompt you for what action to take upon dedecting the infector...you could try disinfection option but half of the time with trojan it wont work so delete the infected file, then once the boot and scan completed and you get on the desktop, check to see if infection still exists.
