G.T. in the hospital

Hey G.T., see you have hired a "Ghost Writer" cool........But were still waiting for our "real" G.T. to get better and rejoin the Gang here at Major Geeks. I truly hope you are well enough to make it home for Christmas Gary, the old board just won't be as "Merry" without our G.T., but the main thing is to just take your time and get better. Regardless of where you are this Christmas, we all here wish you and yours the Merriest of Christmas's and may the New Year bring you the peace and joy you so rightly deserve.

Thanks for the post Carol, as you can see we here love your brother too. Even though this is not exactly the most pleasant way to celebrate the Christmas Season, I am glad to see that G.T. has his family around him to help and support him through this ordeal. Sometimes when were in the proverbial swamp surrounded by alligators it is hard to find any happiness or joy, and we ask ourselves why me? Time alone holds that answer, unfortunately, but part of the answer is the simply fact that family and friends come together to give and offer support.

So just remember were all here to help in what ever way we can. The Major Geeks Family is there pulling for all of you.

 

Very good to hear from you! I'm glad you are getting better, even if it takes time, and I will keep my fingers crossed so that you can be home for Christmas!

Good to see your muscle car again gary, As you can see we're all rooting for you and your swift recovery. I recon it may take a while for you to read all them pages of posts too. Its becoming a novel....A novel for a NOVEL guy!!

Carol, thanks so much for keeping Gary in touch with us, albeit by proxy at the moment. As you can see, he means a lot to us, and to me , personally. I hope you all have a happy and joyous Christmas together with the family, as it should be.

Gary, I am glad that the heath situation is somewhat better, although I appreciate that you're not exactly out of the woods yet. I hope you are able to enjoy, at leat a little of the 'Christmas cheer', and I know you'll be surrounded by your loved ones, which is the main thing.

I do really look forward to being able to chat with you personally again, as will many others, I'm sure. I continue to hold you and the family in my daily good thoughts and prayers, and I know things will pick up from now on.

Glad to hear that you are making progress. Sorry to hear about the setback, but honestly, those side effects are something you can deal with a lot better than the other option (and us too) Would rather have you posting by proxy than not at all.

In these days where we constantly hear about internet predators and bad people on the net, it is great to see a bunch of people like this who come togehter to cheer on a fellow geek.

Remember, Christmas is coming, and no matter what your faith, there is a special magic about this time of year that means you ahve the best of chances to get through this. We al are rooting for ya, and sending our thoughts and prayers your way.

OF course, I heard that you get to stick around cause heaven didn;t want you and hell's afraid you'll rewire it and take over (Don't laugh too hard, I don't want you to hurt )

So, to wrap this up cause, I am feeling overly wordy tonight, Here's to a helluva guy who always is there to help people out, now, it's our turn to be there for you. May the magic of the Christmas season bring you joy, love, happiness and better health.
