You got any thoughts on Piper's HondaJet deal? I was under the impression this program was scrapped, but then again, is any project brainstormed by Michimasa Fujino ever really off the table?

Me thinks if this technology works, I'm blueprinting MicroShuttles.

 

Honestly Chris, I haven't heard anything about it. I have no doubt Honda could make and market it if they wanted to, but I doubt they'd team with Piper. Piper is too old school, too disorganized, and two thin in management and support personnel to meet Honda's standards without some miraculous changes there.

Neat looking small jet though. Would compete with Cessna's Citations, which has to have Cessna nervous.

hey i have to agree about Piper being alittle old school.
i really think they should go for Cessna or Lockheed

hey star i was wondering have you ever been to EAA's "Sun'N'Fun Fly In" down there at the lakeland airport? i use to go there every year untill i moved up to GA boy do i miss going there. (and seeing Miss Budweiser) and all the old Warbirds. you know i use to know the owner of Budweiser. untill he died

 

I met Bernie Little on several occassions too; he was quite a man and extremely successful.

Never been to Lakeland, just drove through it on I-4. The only air shows I'm ever motivated to watch is the one that flies over our roof every other year, alternating with being held at NAS Jacksonville.

There's a small warbird museum near the Cape; it's pretty decent considering its size, and has a show each year.
