Why are they destroying old 'Retro Games'?

HollyWood would not destroy copys of classic films, shoul not be aloud.

Imagine them sending a copy of Chrono Trigger or Shadow Of The Beast To Be 'Destroyed'.

Sucks.

 

Where are they destroying retro games?

And how?

 

And why?

 

To Be honest, I think there recyling them for money!
I read it somewhere, Games TM, I think, and my mate works in one and he said thet took what they wanted, If if was 'OK' with there superiors,then thrown into a bag to be taken away!!!!!

I dont understand why,but they could have sold the items on line??
