Gamming issue

    While play World of Warcraft i goes to a black screen and i have to reboot my pc..it is random and happen while im in the enviroment..i have updated all of my driver and check the hdd for errors..i tried running a memory test to see if i have bad memory but i get emm386: warning address line a20 already enabled..never ran into this one..anyone have any advise...
