Gateway desktop slow everything.

    Gateway M-7301U. It's running really slow, and I was told it had Malware. That's all I know right now, running through the read and run me guide, but have to download on one machine and transfer the installers to it, due to the slow internet it has.

    Logs will be up later, I ran a scan with the installed AV (Norton 360) and it said 28 errors were found and fixed, but it didn't tell me what they were.
