General Malware Advice

I know there is a thread about removing malware. However, to the best of my knowledge, I don’t have any malware. I would like someone to comment on the protection I have and the methods I use to keep my pc clean.

I have the following anti-malware programs:

avast! Free Antivirus
SPAMfighter
SpywareBlaster
SpywareGuard

I use Window’s own firewall (Windows Vista Home Premium SP2).

My web browser is Firefox.

I use Control Panel>Programs and Features and Revo Uninstaller to check from time to time what’s installed on my pc.

I use Java 6.

I use CCleaner and Advanced SystemCare 3 to keep my pc clean.

About once per month I run SUPERAntispyware and Malwarebytes to check if there’s any malware on my pc.

All software listed above is the latest version and I check for updates at least on a weekly basis.

I run Windows Update at least once per week.
