Generic Host Process Win32 Services

    ...has encountered a problem and needs to close. This problem started 2 days ago. Window pops up frequently throughout the day. I have run virus scans, ad-aware scan, ccleaner, etc. I have tried the registry fix to close ports 445 & 135 -- no joy

    I have Windows XP Pro SP3 - Info from event window:
