I came across this site today(it may have been posted earlier but i have not seen it ) it gives good advice to Newbies to help them understand the pitfalls of the Internet and gives advice on the precautions needed for safe surfing.

I used to get a virus/spyware about 1/month due to my teenager son, but not anymore, thanks to the NAZI like parental controls built into windows vista-lol.

(Its great, my kids can't even download a file without my permission-Iam a control freak)
