getting a strange window on bootup

Hi hope someone can help me. when my system starts up it goes to the xp screen goes blank for a sec the xp screen comes back on for a few seconds then another screen comes on ( which I think is the welcome to windows screen) and on that screen there is a box that comes up with a couple of symbols up in the top right. There is an ok button on the bottom of this box. When I hit alt+del+ctrl this comes up in the box.(췰Ő :\windows\system32\mui\0411\xpsp2res.dll ), it doesnt happen all the time but I would say about 95% of the time. does any one know what it is and how I can fix the problem

 

We could try re-registering that dll. To do so, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into windows
2. Hit windows key + r (or click start --> run)
3. Type 'regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\mui\0411\xpsp2res.dll' (without the quotes)
4. Hit enter (or click ok)

This will re-register the dll appearing in your message. If this does not solve the problem, then I would recommend you to the malware removal thread. Follow the instructions there, and we can help you further.
