Hi, I have a problem with my work PC. All the computers are networked through a Netgear firewall router. This router is blocking all the websites that I look at frequently which is very annoying. Can I avoid this? any info welcomed. thanks.

we cannot help you with WORKPLACE related solutions in bypassing a firewall. See your systems administrator if you require assistance in viewing sites.

What Kodo is trying to say is if you don;t have access to the firewall you cant change the settings. The netgears have a web page blocking in them that can be enabled and the pages must MANUALLY be entered into it.

Meaning your sys admin entered the block in there himself. The netgears also have logs of your IP address and what sites you visit at what times. So if he has static IP's set up more than likely he knows exactly which site you go to and decided to block them.

Sorry but your stuck. No way around it.
