   As in HD, i'm guessing your refering to High Definition TV over HD meaning a Hard Drive?
   
   if thats the case then the only product I have read about is this one from ATi and again an All in Wonder card but this time with HDTV support http://www.ati.com/products/hdtvwonder/index.html
   
   please do read the specs list as its specific in which operating systems it supports upto now.
