Giant Crystal Caves

You have such truly amazing and beautiful naturally occuring phenomena over there in America.
For all the people who've never seen these crystal cave giants found in the Naica Mine, Chihuahua Mexico, take a look. They're unbelievable!

Yes we do have some nice sites to see. Pity about the drought though.

 

I've always had a motorcycle tour of Oz very high on my list of things to do before I die. Maybe have to add a trip to Mexico to that list.

Those are some pretty massive Gypsum crystals! We have some caves to the north of us in Yanchep, and down in the southwest of the state, some of which I have seen. Nice, but not as huge as some caves around the globe.

Yep, there's plenty to see in Australia, but it tends to spread out over a very wide distance in this big country, not all of it very hospitable travelling.

I went to the Jenolan Caves in the Blue Mountains, which is not much more than 150km from Sydney when I was 12 and yep that was some time ago. They were pretty amazing but not like those giant crystals!
