Gif's as Bmp's

ok, i am having that problem again. when i go to save an animated gif, it only gives me the option to save it as a bitmap. any help would be appreciated, this is really a pain in the @$$. i know it isn't just this one site that i am trying to save from, it does it to me on every animated file. i can see it moving, but can only save it as a bmp.

like i said, any help will be appreciated.
