    Hi to you all
running sysinternal's "Autoruns" recently, on the winlogon tab
there are 2 entries listed there that puzzled me:

    HKLM\SOFTWARE\microsoft\windowsNT\ currentversion\winlogon\Taskman

    HKLM\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\winlogon\GinaDLL

I tried looking in the registry but they were not listed and there wasn't any info on google with "Taskman" and apparently GinaDLL is a virus type nasty

can anyone give me more info? if they are nasties, how do l get rid of them
especially l can't find them in the registry.

    Thanks

thank you for your advice. its just that all those nasties out there makes me
paranoid. l double checked windows file and found msgina dll so autoruns maybe refering to that. you might be right about task manager too so thats a load off my mind...for now!
this is a great web site and have told all my friends about it...and l am not just
saying that because l had a reply.
keep up the good work and pleasant dreams to you all.
