Giving up

    Keep it up! It is amazing how much better you feel, and can taste new tastes and smells. Smoking really seemed to dull my taste and smell.

    I may or may not...the true test will be when I go to the bar. LOL

    The thing is, I don't smoke every day anyway, and on days when I do it's never more than 5-6 of them. It takes me about two weeks to go through three packs. And I've quit a number of times, cold turkey, no problem. I just start again because I want to.

    The plague is good for a lot of things... I also lost weight. ;)
