globalroot/systemroot/ ??? Help!

    This is my aunts computer..And she started having this problem about a week ago..Not really sure what she was doing when the problem started. I tried to do the read and run section but after I download the tools and start the use them that window pops up "globalroot/systemroot/system32/" and then another window pops up and says that the program has stopped working...I have tried to rename the tools but I still have the same result.. Is there something else I can try?..

    Have you tried running RootRepeal? Have you run the C:\MGTools.exe? What happens when you try to run them.
