Gmail Accounts Compromised

Windows Defender noted a "Severe Virus" quarantined it. I thought I had made the settings to auto remove if threat detected. Anyhow, I attempted to log into gmail, none of my pw's worked on the three accounts I have.

I was able to get into one account as I had used a phone number to text codes to. The other two emails are locked and I have made all the attempts to recover via google . Not wanting to lose one of the accounts , it has emails that are VERY important, I need to get back in.

In the interim, I deleted the virus, it sounded like Miluku or something like that.

I ran your read and run me first and here are the logs. Not sure if there might be any remnants of the virus.

I could not find any other log files of the scans I did on my desktop other than the MBam and Hit man. TDS Killer found nothing as did MG Tools found nothing.

 

As to Rogue Killer, it wont save as a file, it saved an internet link in IE on my desktop even though I saved it as a html file, not sure if it is wise to cut and paste the snap shot or the link here so will wait for instructions, Also, I could not find MG logs zip, it ran a command prompt window and then said access denied.

I did the troubleshooter steps three times on the gmail issue prior to posting, it did not work as the two email address I am locked out of are each other's email that gmail would send a code to. I tried the questions to answer and the error message said they could not verify my identity, even after answering the questions accurately.

 

By the way, the laptop is new, I purchased it one month ago.
