Gmail Will not open

i have the same problem, it keeps saying "wrong user name or password" so I get them to send me a link with new password or change user name, but it will STILL not accept it. keeps saying "wrong un or pw" AND makes me enter a new squiggly password...whatever those are called. Thx for any help.

I see you are new here so no big deal but you are supposed to start a new thread for your own problem, even if it is the same as someone elses, forum rules.

Try downloading and running cCleaner.

Also, in IE, goto tools, internet options, and on the General page, delete all history, cookies, files, and anything else you have the option to, (varies on different versions of IE).

See if you can get in now.

thanks for your help, I am still in the process of getting the malware, adware etc etc cleaned outta the puter. "Chaslang" is helping me, its quite a bit of work for a "rookie' like me. Stupid PC, i should buy a new one Grrrrrrr....take care and ty again.
