if the phone's not working,....then no goldy, or others

 

Most of our regular UK members posted in the bombing in London thread...saw RexNoctics but not mispon...I assume he would have said something if maddy wasn't ok. Several of us have emailed fishy with no replies.

@mcadam88...don't you live near goldie also? I seem to recall him telling me you didn't live to far from him and that you had talked about meeting up some time...would you by chance have a phone number for him?

@ sizjam..what about you? Do you know how to get in touch with fishy?

 

Things are getting back to normal again although we are still having some security alerts, not surprising really as people are bound to be a bit twitchy. I live on the southwest coast but I spend a lot of my working time in London, in fact many of my clients are in the vacinity of where the bombs were. One thing I will say is that we will not let these scumbags change the way we live, it's been tried before by others and it didn't work then and it won't work now.

Sorry Abby, I know he's not that far away, lives in the next county (like a mini state for you US folk who aren't familiar with the term), but I don't have his number and I haven't heard from him at all, he hasn't been online either. Will keep you posted if I here anything.

 

Damn...thanks anyway...I have his address but not his phone number...I'm really worried about him...I know he rode the tube quite a bit.

Ive tried his cell phone and he's not answering. I don't remember him coming in this week though, so he may just be ill, and my phone number may be out of date.
I have left a message on his phone, just asking him to get in touch as soon as possible. Ill try again at lunch..

Sorry I didn't call in earlier I've been totally busy yesterday and ill today, but I'm here and all in one piece. I was going to go on a design trip today to London, but it was canceled yesterday for obvious reasons.

Its nice to see people being concerned, and its good to see other people are alright.

It's interesting how flexible "OK" is. Most days we'd be saying how sorry we are that you're sick, but today we're so glad you're not blown up that just "sick" doesn't carry much weight.
