Good budget 3g Tablet?

Hi, I am currently looking for a decent tablet that can run 3g. Maximum i can spend is £300. Would really appreciate some help as all the different choices are mind boggling. I was looking at the Google Nexus 7 but unfortunately I would need a dongle which is just another thing to carry around :/ I will mainly be using it for work related things during travel. Was thinking about a smartphone but they seem a bit out of my budget plus am worried about losing it on nights out lol.
