    OK now I am really getting scared! Anytime I have made a post on this site right away someone would be willing to tell me how inept I was. Why isnt anyone answering???:rolleyes:

    Sometimes it takes time to answer, you may get a reply within minutes or maybe hours/days, it depends whos online and above all knows the problem to answer you. This is not a paid job and we all do it freely and gladly in whatever spare time we have available, we and I know how stressful having something not working right or something strange on your PC can be for you/anyone, but we do try to get to every post if possible and as quickly as we can :)


    Now to that message, its an installer log file from a legitimate Microsoft update for MSXML, generally they are deleted but it may have hit a snag, so go back to Windows update and see if your missing any updates, if not then delete that log as the update will have gone fine and this file should have been cleaned up by the installer.
