Just one of those nights that might happen once a year. I won't have to worry about that for a while longer. Head is great.

 

Well I guess the margarita party is off then! Nice thing about those though is that with virtual drinking you don't get an actual headache!!

Isn't it late in Canada or are you over this way (Ca) or are you another insomniac. Actually I won't be here long tonight and I think my son is going to h/j the pc anyway.Canada is pretty, one day I will get up that way. Hope the fires Mr Pewty was talking about aren't near you?

 

I am in Northern Ontario. It's after midnight here. I am just winding my day down.

 

Why is it that everyone I'm talking to tonight comes from somewhere green? All I've got is dirt and from noon to dark 50mph winds!! Doesn't it stay light very late where you are?

 

I think the sun went down around 9 or 10. Not sure, bug are bad until almost midnight, so from 7 till 11 I am indoors. I hate being the bug feast.

 

My mother swears on this, if you grow tomatoes, put a branch in a glass of water and it keeps the mosquitos away. Me, I like a swatter and a can of Raid!

I use deep woods off, and burn a smudge if I have to. Other than that...I just hide in side.

 

The US Air Force had some stuff, that worked so well, I always wondered if I, myself, kind of glowed in the dark. But it kept the bugs away.......wobbles

It was a gray and black spray can, with some military numbers, and it was a lighter version of Agent Orange.....wobbles

I know you were, and it's a gracious offer. I just got a vision of the entire board taking you up on the offer all at once and got a chuckle out of it.

 

i hope not.....hubby would have a fit. lol. i have a large house though. unfortunately (or fortunately) this is not the lind of place you can 'pop in in passing' so anybody prepared to get it together and save the money for airfare deserves a free holiday in my book. i enjoy having visitors. especially english ones. there is little or no nightlife here and i miss the constant mix of new people that you get to know in 'the real world'. that said i wouldnt swop this for anything. lol.
