Good Malware programs?

I need to make a new flash drive full of programs to clean peoples PC and I was hoping for some ideas.

I have NCleaner on it to clean out temp and junk files.

CCLeaner as a backup.

I have been having issues with Spybot Search & Destroy anyone got a good alternative.

Most of these people have antivirus , either Norton or Trend, but I still get called out to clean people's PC.

Any ideas on what else I should have? Maybe something for the registry or more AV programs like AVG?

Any help would be great. I can't get to my backup and I honestly don't remember what I used to use.
