Good morning. Anyone familiar with British Hallmarkings?

If I am posting in the incorrect forum, I apologize in advance.

I am wanting to know if there are any members here who might be somewhat knowledgeable in British hallmarks. I have this British Medal "ROYAL STANDARD BENEFIT SOCIETY" which I am trying to research. It is a pretty neat medal with a banner of the Royal Standard in the center. On the other side of the medal there are hallmarks. From what I understand, each hallmark means something, like the year, the place, country and stuff like that. Unfortunately, I do not know what they mean.

Anyone know anything about these hallmarks?

Hi and Morning. well afternoon for me.

From what I just remember is

The 1st Lion is England
The 2nd denotes London as the city of the creator
The 3rd I dont know....
