http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f368/star-n-abby/smilies/coffeepc.gif Monday and I'm back to a normal routine. Seems kinda weird! lol

Disco is scheduled to make an appearance this morning so Chris was off to work early this morning which means I was also up extra early today! http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f368/star-n-abby/smilies/yawn.gif...nite, nite...http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f368/star-n-abby/smilies/sleepillow.gif;) Not a chance! I'm anxiously awaiting a successful landing, weather permitting.:)

Hope you all have a wonderful day.:) Other than Disco making an appearance I have a repairman coming this afternoon...the air conditioner went out again...whoda thunk it...they surely must recognize us on caller ID by now.

Anyone have something special planned for today?:)

Well actually today is the day I am going to order a digital camera complete with accessories. I'm gettin a Sony DSC-H2 It is a 6 megapixels, 12X zooom unit. Ordering it with a 1 gig card , carrying case, tabletop tripod, and flash attachment. Oh, and has a 2.0 in LCD. There are pros and cons on this camera but I'm gonna take a chance. It's my first digital camera.

I'm wearing my lucky underwear. :D

About 90 minutes until scheduled touchdown, weather seems to be cooperating. Hardly any crosswinds and nearest storms are 30 miles out. :)

Started my new job at a restaurant yesterday which was great fun (had a whipped cream fight and got shut in the walk in freezer lol) and today I'm off to Wembley to go pick up new drums :)

I am going to attempt to go take the OS part of the A+ exams, depending on if they can pencil me into the test center schedule!!:( Test anxiety KILLS me, especially if I can't just dive in and do it when I get myself psyched!!!! But once I get it over with, then atleast I will be one step closer to hopefully getting the kind of job I want!!:)

    Roger

P.S. I'll also be eyes to the sky (on TV that is) rooting for a safe landing!!

First day back to the day job for me in 3 weeks. Not liking this one bit. I guess I could take my daughter to work and put her little chair on my desk but i'm guessing they would get rather irritated at all the crying and poopy diapers.

I suppose its a good as day to start converting all my vb.net knowledge to c#

Im starting an MSCD.net course soon and whilst im pretty good with vb.net the course is in c# so I guess I need to get used to curly brackets and semicolons.

Well it's Tuesday here, already. Great to see Disco made a safe and sound touchdown.

Also good news, McA on the new job (whipped cream and all!).

I'm just alternating between work on a few computer systems, at 2:00 in the morning, (as you do!;)), and goofing off for a few minutes posting here and there. Pretty boring, really.

(its all different in the UK) landlady visited 8am sunday morning so i had to spend most of sat cleaning house!! weather has been 'odd' this last week, but seems to have settled down now. probably going to spend the day at the beach relaxing. aloha

Awesome Jacob! It is very different in the UK...I'm still trying to get my head around the grades and all this sophomore, freshman, junior/senior year language.

Where does the word sophomore come from and it's meaning, anyone?

Or know how to spell it. ;) :D

Was supposed to start back to work today after long weekend off for chemo, but weekend was tougher than usual, and I didn't make it in today. Staggered out briefly to get 2 prescriptions refilled and grab some food for the fridge, and am headed back to bed for a nap. Oh well, there's always tomorrow.

Thanks, guys. I'll be better tomorrow. Not doing THAT bad, mostly haven't gotten enough sleep the last few days/nights to get up & go. I'll be OK by morning. :)

    Good morning everyone! :)

Sorry about the rough weekend G.T. Makes my complaints about having to go to IKEA today very petty... Lol. Dunno about IKEA's in other parts of the world, but the one in Stockholm, the original one, is a nightmare...

    http://www.arenahuddinge.se/upload/Shopping/Bilder/ikea2.jpg

Finding your way in is one thing, but they don't let you out, you have to circle for miles, literally, to find the darn exit! Ah well, it is for a good cause, pressies for faminly in England, so I won't complain, too much. I just don't like shopping! :D
