Is it wrong of me to picture her being interned with all her husbands, whether or not they're dead yet, so she can marry and divorce them in the after life?

She had quite a career and personal life. One of the last of the great actors from the heyday of the big screen movie. Godspeed, ma'am.

This is gonna sound odd, but a couple years ago I was surprised to find out she was still with us. I would have bet the farm that I saw a news story about her passing away - I had fairly detailed memories of a description of her private funeral, and different facts about her life and loves. Then she up and is in the news again not long later alive and well and selling perfume or some such thing . . . very weird.

Just goes to show you not to trust all your memories. Oobviously I mistook some other notables passing for hers - not a real stretch since things involving the entertainment industry don't much interest me anyway. That, or there was some hiccup in the flow of time and history that I was insulated from in some way . . . :-D

Elizabeth Taylor was an actress, a philanthropist, a mother, a wife, a wife, a wife, a wife, a wife, a wife, and a wife. She will be missed by many.
