Google Redirect File?

My hard drive was starting to fill up on my laptop so i was looking for large files to delete. Saw this file after searching thru Advanced Systemcare. Didn't recognize this file and a search suggested the Google Redirect Virus. I have had no problems that I know of. Use Mbam and Combofix but the file is still there. Do I have a prob? I am running windows vista. In case u need the file again is 6.0.6002.18005_001c11ba_blobs.bin located in C:\WINDOWS\winsxs\ManifestCache.

That file is used by the Windows Update mechanisms in Vista. It acts like a cache and is capped at a certain size, but it's safe to delete. The next time you turn on or off Windows optional features or take updates from Windows Update it'll reappear. The file will be recreated as necessary to help the servicing system do its work. Maybe in the future it'll be added to the disk-cleaup wizard, but it noticably increases the performance of servicing operations while it's there.
