Google redirect; followed guide, no results.

A friend sent me a link to a less-than-reputable site and seems to have gotten me infected with a Google redirect. Happens on all browsers. I immediately knew I had something, so I ran Malwarebytes right off of the bat and it removed something. It didn't seem to completely fix the problem though.

Ran through your guide and haven't managed to fix anything. Still getting occasional redirects. Here are all of my logs:
