Google Redirect Help PLZ I'm NEW LMAO

I've been having a problem with Google results redirecting to ad sites. This is happening on all browsers, not just Firefox,IE,Chrome and also only in Google search. Now I have read many threads with so many different suggestions. I
have run the following software with no results.
CCleaner
Avast
Spy bot
Ad aware
Malwarebytes
And with no luck..it still redirects to other sites other than the ones I want to go to. Now I saw one site with a suggestion to go into your Cdrive then windowns32 ....and delete all you unwanted hosts if you know what I mean...I forgot where it was. Anyways Im running Vista and looks like ill be coming here alot to get help with this PC and OS. This is a major one I need to get done. So can somoene let me know in detail what to do, I know you guys get this a lot and I'm very greatful for your help and time.

Go to TDSSKiller and Download TDSSKiller.zip to your Desktop

Extract its contents to your Desktop so that you have TDSSKiller.exe directly on your Desktop and not in any subfolder of the Desktop.

Click Start > Run and copy/paste the following bold command into Run box and hit Enter.

"%userprofile%\Desktop\TDSSKiller.exe" -v

Follow the instructions to type in "delete" when it asks you what to do when if finds something.

When done, a log file should be created on your C: drive named something like TDSSKiller.2.1.1_27.12.2009_14.17.04_log.txt which is based on the program version # and date and time run. Please attach this log to your next reply. (See: HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post )
