Google redirect - searchbif.net

Browser ate my first attempt, so I'll keep this brief. Redirect affecting Google and Bing but not Yahoo. The redirect happens usually on second or third link selection, but sometimes I can get to four or five sites. The url shows "searchbif.net/cc.php?id=12345678" before going to some site completely unrelated site.

I've followed the steps in the Read and run me first guide. AVG is updated and removed a few things. TDSS killer removed rootkit.boot.pihar.b. MBR Check did not identify anything.

I've attached logs from HijackThis and MBR Checker.

It seems I went to Fixing Google Redirection/Hijacking Problems and followed those steps, but I never went back to Read & Run Me First. I found the link for OS-specific instructions and followed the rest of the steps. I didn't check for the redirect after completing ComboFix, so either that or MG tools fixed the issue.
