Google Redirect Virus

I believe I have the GRV, it seems I am almost always redirected when I open a link in a different tab from Google. I'm running Windows XP Media Center Edition version 2003, SP3.

I attached my HJT & ComboFix logs.

I run Mcafee, I also used MSE, MalwareBytes, I believe Windows Defender as well, Spybot S&D wont work for some reason. And SUPERAntiSpyware found a couple things but still didn't fix the problem. (I currently am running both SAS and Mcafee in background and haven't uninstalled them; as I am keeping them)

Also I tried ComboFix and it found a couple things as well but for some reason still didn't fix the problem.

You are running ComboFix from the wrong location:
Running from: c:\documents and settings\Jacob\My Documents\Downloads\ComboFix.exe

Please put it directly on your desktop!

It also appears as thought you are running two AV programs:
AV: McAfee VirusScan *On-access scanning enabled* (Updated) {84B5EE75-6421-4CDE-A33A-DD43BA9FAD83}
AV: Microsoft Security Essentials *On-access scanning disabled* (Updated) {BCF43643-A118-4432-AEDE-D861FCBCFCDF}

If so, uninstall one!

Now:
* Please download TDSSKiller to your Desktop
* Extract its contents to your Desktop so that you have TDSSKiller.exe directly on your Desktop and not in any subfolder of the Desktop.
* Click Start > Run and copy/paste the following bold command into Run box and hit Enter.

"%userprofile%\Desktop\TDSSKiller.exe" -v

* Follow the instructions to type in "delete" when it asks you what to do when if finds something.
* When done, a log file should be created on your C: drive named something like TDSSKiller.2.1.1_27.12.2009_14.17.04_log.txt which is based on the program version # and date and time run. Please attach this log to your next reply.4
