Google search bar unknown html language

When I do a search on Google, it does take me to what I am searching for, however, if I use the back arrow to go back to the original page that I typed in my search something else appears in the search bar. I cannot figure out how to get this to go away. My Hijackthis log looks fine. This is what appears in the search bar when I go back. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? What is going on here? Here it is:
