    Hi guys,

I have recently started experiencing issues with Google on IE. I work from home and do a lot of research on my computer. For some reason, when I type anyting into Google, nothing loads.

I can use Google under other browsers, i.e Opera and it works fine.

Also, other search engines such as Bing, Yahoo, etc. work fine on IE.

I have followed the process in the REMOVE MALWARE/Cleaning Procedure and am attaching my logs for your review.

Can you please help me with this?

    Thank you

Rerun Hitman and have it fix everything it finds.

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode and save to your Desktop.
    • Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
Vista/Windows 7/8 users right-click and select Run As Administrator
    • Click on the Scan button.
    • AdwCleaner will begin...be patient as the scan may take some time to complete.
    • After the scan has finished, click on the Report button...a logfile (AdwCleaner[R#].txt) will open in Notepad for review (where the largest value of # represents the most recent report).
    • The contents of the log file may be confusing. Unless you see a program name that you know should not be removed, don't worry about it. If you see an entry you want to keep, let me know about it.
    • Attach the logfile to your next next reply.
    • A copy of all logfiles are saved in the C:\AdwCleaner folder which was created when running the tool.

Reboot and rescan with both Hitman and MBAM and attach the new logs.

When I rerun Hitman, the items is finds all say delete. the Hitman thread says to not delete anything.

There is not an option for fixing these items (deleting) unless I purchase Hitman Pro.

Am I to purchase Hitman Pro? am I doing something incorrectly.

    Please let me know.

    Thank you,

    Dean

If you have run Hitman again, attach the new log.

And yes, if you enabled Hitman, you need to delete everything.

    To add additional clarification.
Hitman Prog allows you to have a free 30 day trial license which you can activate. Then you can remove those items it found. ;)

    Thank you again.

Attached are my Hitman and MB log files for your review. I am still experiencing the problem of bringing up Google, typing something in, hit enter, and Google does respond.

Please let me know any next steps.

    Thank you,

    Let ADWCleaner clean your system.

http://imageshack.us/a/img841/7292/thisisujrt.gif Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.
    • Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
    • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or Seven, right-mouse click it and select Run as Administrator.
    • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
    • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
    • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
    • Attach JRT.txt to your next message.

    Now let's reset IE:

Reset Internet Explorer 9, 10, and 11 to Defaults

Be sure to tell me what issues remain.
