Being safe and being clean are two different things. No infections showed in your logs so I'm not sure what you are referring to. Your logs are clean, but you are not safe because you did not follow the final instructions you were given last time you were here. You still do not have any realtime antispyware protection and you are relying on the Windows firewall instead of using a real software firewall. The Windows firewall is totally inadequate. You need to follow the instructions given last time which included the below link which you appear to have ignored.

And not only did you ignore the above link, you did not do the final instructions and you are using old versions of tools from the READ ME because you did not cleanup as requested last time.
