Ran all the tools as instructed in the malware removal sticky. If anyone could advise on how to go forward I would greatly appreciate it. Computer is still in safe mode, I havent restarted it yet. MGTools created a bunch of log files so I zipped them together. Thanks All

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

    You have a ZeroAccess infection.

Why? You need to be in normal boot mode unless that is impossible and you did not say you could not boot in normal mode. Logs from safe mode do not provide all the information required and we only want safe mode logs when there is no other option.

Where is the log from TDSSKiller?

Your Malwarebytes log shows you took no action. You need to fix what it found and then save the log. Please run it again in normal boot mode and fix what it finds ( if you did not do so last time ) and attach a new log.

    Also uninstall the below programs:
    Ask Toolbar
    Babylon Chrome Toolbar
    Babylon toolbar
Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_03

Again why? The instructions stated to attach the C:\MGlogs.zip file. There is also a copy on your Desktop.
